AARON SHOCKEY
PRESIDENT / FOUNDER
Aaron Shockey is a top producing real estate agent and currently leads one of the top real estate teams at Rogers Healy and Associates. Aaron has also established himself as an accredited venture capitalist with investing in companies across several industries ranging from food and beverage, oil and gas, and construction including companies such as Liquid Death, Tiff's Treats, Free Rein Coffee, GOAT Fuel, King Operating, and more. Growing up in Fort Worth, Texas Aaron found a love for sports and athletics which ultimately led Aaron to play quarterback in college at the University of Southern Arkansas and El Camino College located in Torrance, California. In 2018, Aaron graduated from the University of North Texas with a degree in business administration. Aaron lives by two different mottos Get Up, Dress Up, Show Up and “More”. Aaron discovered these two mottos to be extremely important during his time leading his real estate team and leading his team during his college football days. The importance of having the necessary tools to be successful and giving yourself the best chance to succeed has driven the vision of establishing Cleats for Athletes. Aaron believes in dreaming big and doing everything in his power to achieve those dreams every single day.
DANIEL ROMANO
DIRECTOR OF FINANCE
Daniel is a Private Banker with Busey Bank. In this role, he delivers customized banking solutions to high-net-worth clients, their Family Offices and their business-related interests. Daniel currently leads the Preston Center office for CrossFirst in Dallas. Prior to his banking career, Daniel worked in financial planning and investment management in Oklahoma City. He graduated from Southern Nazarene University with a Bachelor of Business Administration. Daniel now lives in Dallas and enjoys golf, traveling and cooking.
DANNY HELMS
DIRECTOR OF COMMUNICATIONS
Danny Helms is the Managing Partner at National Title Group, where he leads a team focused on delivering white-glove closing services for commercial and residential real estate across Texas. Prior to this role, he served as President of another title insurance company, growing it from one office to six in just four years. A former quarterback and active youth sports coach, Danny proudly supports Cleats for Athletes in its mission to expand access to youth athletics across North Texas. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Veronica, and their three kids, Pierce (10), Isla (8), and Emmy (8). Danny also enjoys golfing, coaching, cooking, and running.
JUSTIN PADRON
DIRECTOR OF STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS
Justin Padron is a mortgage guy by trade, coach by passion, and full-time dad by choice. Based in Southlake, Texas, he’s built a growing mortgage team that’s thrived even as the market’s gotten tougher—turns out grit from his days as a D1 football player and NAIA baseball grinder still comes in handy. He’s also a proud member of the Southlake Carroll Hall of Fame (don’t worry, he’s only a little obnoxious about it).
When he’s not helping families get into homes, you’ll find Justin on the sidelines coaching his kids—Walker, Beau, and Claire—in just about any sport with a ball, bat, or helmet. He and his wife Erin are raising their crew in the same community that shaped him, which is why giving back through Cleats for Athletes is such a natural fit. If there's fly fishing, golf, a good book, or a workout involved, he’s in.
JEFF STOVALL
DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
Jeff Stovall is a dedicated Project Manager at JF Petroleum Group, where he leads the execution of multi-site fuel projects for major clients including 7-Eleven, Chevron, and several other national brands. With a strong focus on coordination, efficiency, and quality, Jeff ensures that each project is delivered on time and exceeds client expectations. He began his academic journey at the University of Nebraska and completed his degree at Northwestern State University, while also playing baseball for both Universities. When he’s not overseeing fuel site developments, Jeff enjoys spending quality time with his wife and daughter. He’s also an avid golfer and loves hitting the course with friends whenever he gets the chance.
